    nevermind! the problem I was having was because I didn’t have enough CPU space on my WordPress hosting environment. Is all good now. Thanks Oliver!

    I tried re-installing twice (all the way from a fresh WordPress install) with no luck. still looks the same. It is also giving me issues with Grimlock: `Downloading installation package from http://files.themosaurus.com/grimlock-elementor/grimlock-elementor.zip…
    An error occurred while installing Grimlock for Elementor: <strong>Download failed. cURL error 56: Recv failure: Connection reset by peer</strong>.`

    and 

    Downloading installation package from http://files.themosaurus.com/grimlock-learndash/grimlock-learndash.zip…
Unpacking the package…
An error occurred while installing Grimlock for LearnDash: <strong>Could not create directory.</strong>.

    Can you please help?
