Solved. String to be translated in the theme, not the grimlocks plugin.

I have used locotranslate.
It works for everything, but the “All Categories” label is not changing despite it being changed on the grimlock plugin.I have cleared cache.

It worked.
However, the In Progress feature is still showing in the wrong color (number 5 on my screenshot). I tried to use CSS on it by targeting the class, but I couldn’t figure it out.
Figured it out!
I fixed the one line with the following CSS:
.learndash-wrapper .ld-profile-summary .ld-profile-stats .ld-profile-stat:nth-child(3) {
border-right: none;
}However, I can’t seem to remove the smaller top right line.
