we updated themes and plugin, at least the one related to your theme. Other’s plugin we
chose no to update; for example woocommerce.Elementor still doesn’t work, as you can see from the link below

thanks for your request.We can’t use and run “wp-reset” because we’ve production content on our website.
We should try to solve this huge problem by working while it’s live.We already tried to de-activate plugins but it seems nothing changed.
For you guys, why elementor left panel is still loading? Would you like
to enter in WordPress backend and check it ?

thanks for your kindly answer. I’m not sure to have selected Elementor as primary builder.
Considering that our website has already a lot of production data on it, what happens if we do that?Is this action safe to protect data and you guys guarantee us not to lose any kind
of content?
I’d like to add an information. We alread tried to deactive all plugins, leaving just required ones’ plus Elementor.
It still doesnt’ work 🙁
