Ok. All the members are actived, none were added manually. So like I told you, I can see all the members when I go to https://puentealarte.com/nuestros-artistas/. The problem is only with the search page, , look at my last screenshot, please.
I deactivated the plugin “Paid Membership Pro” for test your approach, but it didn’t working. For the moment, I don’t need to use this plugin, but I will on the near future.
Ok, but I don’t understand. When I bought the template I thought I will could select the Gwangi theme that I want, like Community, Youzer, Dating, etc. So when I installed the plugin, I selected the Youzer Theme (like this: https://youzer.gwangi-theme.com/members/cecelio/), but the look and feel seems to be “Community” (https://community.gwangi-theme.com/members/cecelio/)
Can you explained this?
