I’m still having trouble with this chain. The word appears correctly translated but when checking the page it is still the same without translating exactly that string.
I already deleted the page cache and the browser cache but I still have this problem.

My WordPress is Spanish, but I think it is understood that you do not see the option to select a featured image.
