Because this is a website for people to upload articles, and there are many cases where the proportions of the pictures are incorrect, it is impossible for the website administrator to crop one by one. I would like to ask if there is any way to make the proportions of all the pictures consistent. And this problem only occurs in certain layouts.

I solve this problem by changing the image in wp-content/themes/gorgo/assets/images/avatars.
Although this is not a good way, but I don’t know how to write code so I can only do this.

Hello after a few days I found where to change the default avatar of user, but I still can’t find where to edit the default group icon.
Second, the speed of the website is ok when using computer, but the mobile version is very slow. I have used WP rocket and cloudflare CDN, but it still takes almost 10 seconds to turn on, what should I do?
