We decided to hire a WordPress developer to solve our issues. Regarding that, I need little advice from you:
1. What kind of role we should give him to access the admin dashboard, to be safe. (we don’t have any sensitive data on our site yet but still, they may do malicious things such as deleting our own admin user).
2. In case he needs to access our FTP files what do you recommend? should I download files and send the file to him?

I have already BuddyPress Multilingual installed. and the other tabs work fine with that character(اعضا) in the URL. I will contact WPML support.

As I mentioned, the issue with the drop-down has solved for the RTL language BUT it also affected the English version of the site. Please see the attached file.

Thank you. The code snippet solved the problem with dropdown. I also have another issue on this page (pls see the attached screenshot). The small arrow in the form fields is overlapping the text. How to fix that?

I have solved the first issue and almost the third one.
Regarding issue No2, I have download the POT file you provided. But I could not find the strings That I was looking for on that file. I am looking for these strings from the search form on home page: “looking for a”, “from”, “to”, “submit”.
I could manage to find the last three of them through String translation but still didn’t find “looking for a”.

2. I have not created any child theme as I have read in one of your customer’s questions that there is no need to create a child theme. I d like to be sure about that

I found the problem. It conflicts with one of my code snippets.
I have just found out this might be a problem with the paid membership pro plugin. I have deactivated it and I have all members on members directory.but not sure how can I activate PMP again without occurring the problem again.
