I just saw that you put in the last update, the theme in a zip, so I delete the one that I put via my ftp, and installed the zip directly into wordpress, and it works, so this problem is solved.

I have other questions that come to add.
I added the child theme on my FTP via filezilla, only when I select it in appearance and customize, the page does not appear (see the screenshot), when I put the old theme all works, can you m help?
