    Hello Marathon, I did doo that first thing and it still does not show the full name at all in BuddyPress. It just shows the username. Any other suggestions, maybe a plug-in that forces BuddyPress to show the username and full name like this one attached.

    Sorry @johan I am still confused where to find EMAIL. Is that inside WordPress on the sidebar, or is it with WP Mail SMTP?

    I also used the tester tool you recommended and I scored a 6.1 out of 10. How bad is that?

    Thank you both so much @johan for assisting me! I just uploaded WP Mail SMTP. You are so right about that plugin. I have it on one of my other sites and it works beautifully. I forgot about it, though!

    How do I check the Set up of BP Emails /wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=bp-email, to make sure that I have the email template properly installed?
