I found the problem and another issue for the same Review Issue, It was because of “Verified Member for BuddyPress” plugin
Before I disable verify plugin you will see the URL is different and the bp verify badge class is inserted in the URL in the below snapshot in the first attached and when I click it, it returns. 404 error.when I disable Verified Member for BuddyPress plugin, it. works fine, check the bottom URL when I mouse hover in the second snapshot
So I think Verified Member for BuddyPress is the responsible plugin to hide the review icon in some cases, as I see the review icon in some accounts

yes I checked and tried all these settings but no change
actually all search fields in location now are not working with map and I followed all the steps but no solution. only working with normal filters

Also i made BuddyPress template pack is set to “BuddyPress Legacy”
unfortunately the support don’t work on the plugin and they don’t answer any ticket anymore

also i found “Front End PM” Plugin which has many options with private messages but i am not sure how to integrate with your theme

i mean for spammers and if member no longer want to continue messaging to other member or somebody sent abuse message so there must be a block button to stop message or chating
