Thanks for your suggestion.
I have checked your suggested link, and I believe all plugins are Support chats. I am looking for Member level chat.
Can you suggest any plugin that allows chat between Members and can be easily integrate with Cera theme?

Hi @themodactyl,
I found the culprit.
We have installed WP in a multi-site platform and setup Cera in a subdomain called “app”. Now, when user logs in it is taking the default Cera wp-login.php page under the app sub-domain, but when user uses Lost Password link it takes to WP’s main site wp-login.php.
Can you help us to resolve this issue?

I agree that its a standard design and its beautiful. But I don’t understand the point of showing the Primary/Left Menu to logged out users. It shows/disclose all the restricted contents to all.

In regards to your above suggestion, Can you guide us to setup a website exactly same like yours https://cera-theme.com, a Home page with Hero, Demo part, Features, 4 columns with more features, 4 Simple Steps, etc. and we’ll put 2 buttons on top-right for login and register. By clicking on Login and Register, it will redirect to their respective pages.
Is it a multi-site setup? Can you help us to build our website same like yours?

In regards to your above suggestion, this feature is already there in your demo. When we visit your website https://cera-theme.com/ and click on the Intranet demo, it redirects to https://intranet.cera-theme.com/wp-login.php page, where we use demo credentials to login. And when we logout of the demo, it returns back to https://intranet.cera-theme.com/wp-login.php page.
This exactly what we want to do.

Two images of different Home pages with different page template. One is used with “ELementor Full Width” page template, where it shows Left menu, Search bar and Login button. Second is used with “Elementor Canvas” page that’s without Left menu as I want, but it also removes Login button and I also want a Home page menu like Home, About Us, Contact Us, etc. on top.
So, when user clicks on Login button it shows the login popup dialog and after user’s login it should show the Dashboard and other things.
Hope you understood my requirement.

As suggested above I used “Elementor Full Width” page template, but again the Left menu that I don’t want appears back. The Left menu only disappears when I use “Elementor Canvas” page template and it also removes top Login and Register buttons, which is wrong.
I want to create a simple Home Page with Menu on top for Home, Services, Contact Us, etc. and 2 buttons on top right for Login & Register and rest of the page as-it-is. How to do this?
Also, Is it possible to have separate Home page as per above requirement and after user login it shows the Dashboard?

I have reinstalled the entire theme again with the latest updated version and the issue is resolved.

I have tried disabling all the 3rd party plugins, but still it gives 404 error page after user name and password is entered.
Also, the installed theme version is v1.1.1.

As suggested to highlight queries/issues in different post, it will be more convenient if the queries/issue are less and if they are on later stage. We are still on the setup stage or rather can say on customization stage. And also when we do not want to share our customization details with others.
That’s the reason we are submitting our queries/issues in one post.
