Hi
OK, I think changing to Full Width Template seems to have solved the wrong copy showing. The page shows correctly now.
However, I’m still getting all subscription renewals failing. I have made sure Stripe has the webhooks added and thought it was OK but I have received another failed to renew subscription.
Attached my Stripe dashboard screen.

Sorry, I don’t understand? I don’t have a maintenance plugin installed and I don’t have the WP Maintenance Mode option in WordPress Settings?

Sorry, not sure why I would want a maintenance plugin. The issue is I can’t show the subscriber the renew option.

Hi
Turns out that the Gwangi Bootstrap CSS file conflicts with the ARMember Bootstrap file. The plugin devs have supplied some CSS to work round this.
Thanks.

I knew I had unchecked that option – as I stated in my original question.
After turning it back on It solves the issue of being able to add a default image but now allows members to upload and edit their own image – which as I stated to start with ‘I have opted not to allow members to change their own cover background and want a site wide image uploaded by me.’
Looks like I can’t have one without the other then?

Yes, I do have Customize > BuddyPress > Profile but that only lets you change the profile member avatar – not the background cover image. See attached.

Yes, I have those OK – that’s how I added success to all 3 boxes.
I don’t seem to have anywhere to change the colours of primary, success, info, etc.

Thanks for the reply. These icons and colours were OK before but as a workaround I’ve changed them all to class success as this seems to be the only colour that works.
I don’t have the option of Appearance > Customize > Community.
I’m wondering if some of my appearance options are missing?

That’s done it – as you can see from the screenshot.
Now that’s looking much better is there a way to remove all the extra space above the Search Form as shown in the screenshot.
Many thanks

How you show it is exactly how I want it so somethng weird is going on. Description is the only field that shows which is why I wanted it above the form field, but actually it’s the label that isn’t showing. If that showed I can do away with the description.
However, when I edit Profile Fields I get Edit Ground instead of Edit Field (see screenshot). I’ve deleted the descriptioin as I don’t need it if the Field label displays but as you can see from the Search form page all that is now showing is the form field – no label or description.
Is this overwritted by the Profile Search? The last screenshot shows the Profile Search Home Form with the field and label of Current Name filled in – but again nothing shows on the Search Form page.
It’s very odd.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Well I’ve managed to solve it myself. I selected Registration Page: Use PMPro Levels Page in the PMPro BuddyPress General Settings and it seems to have solved it.

I want the Join the database page to be the membership levels page. Because I just keep getting the homepage showing I’ve done as you suggested and I have created another page using Sample Page and added the levels shortcode to it. The page looks like the attached screenshot. But when I add this page to the main menu it will not show that memebership page – it reverts to the Register page. If you inspect the main menu code you see: Join the database but when you click this link it goes to the register page. I cannot get the membership levels page to show anywhere.
How I want this to work: You click on Join the database. That shows the membership levels options. You choose your membership option and THEN you go on to register.
I just can’t seem to get it to work this way. What am I doing wrong?

Doesn’t answer why it’s OK on login page but not on home page?
