    Hi @andresumana,

    First of all, as I was investigating an error occurred while I was doing testing with the Grimlock for BuddyPress plugin, unfortunately since I don’t have FTP access I cannot revert it so please delete the Grimlock for BuddyPress plugin via FTP to get your site up and running again. Of course you can then reinstall it through the admin notice prompting you to do so. If you are unable to get your site back up, please share your FTP credentials with me and I will fix it for you. Since this particular error was most likely caused by my tests, note that I will be ignoring it during my bellow explanations.

    During my investigations, I have found 3 of our plugins causing the “Internal server error” in the Customizer when activated : Grimlock for BuddyPress, Grimlock for The Events Calendar and Grimlock for Paid Memberships Pro. However when looking at the WordPress logs, there isn’t any meaningful error listed that could lead me to a bug in one of those plugins. All I can see are occasional PHP Notices that are usually mostly harmless to the website (ignoring the Fatal Error that occurred while I was testing as mentioned above). What’s more, it seems odd that there would be an issue in 3 of our different plugins when we and most other users aren’t experiencing this issue. Finally, the nature of the message displayed (“Internal Server Error”) shows that the error isn’t occurring at a WordPress level, but directly at a server level.

    All of this leads me to believe that there might be a misconfiguration with the server, causing the issue.

    Knowing this, here’s my advice :

    – First please try to contact your hosting provider to see if they can help. Make sure to explain that you are having an internal server error, and not a PHP error.
    – If they still redirect you to us, please include the Apache logs of your server so that I can take a look at those
    – If you can, try to install your website on another server from another host to see if it works. And if it does, that gives you one more argument to send to the bitnami team to prove that the error is related to the server.

    If you install/activate the Paid Membership Pro for BuddyPress extension, check your settings.
    By default, the plugin block all BP Pages.

    Hi @mignon,

    The “Coming Soon“ page is widgetized page. The reason why it has no content is because it has been replaced by Section widgets.

    The best way to edit it is with your WP Customizer. Please go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Widgets”. Then, open the “Coming Soon” page from the website menu and open to the “Coming Soon” tab from the Customizer panel. From there, you will be able to edit or remove the Section widget displaying the coming soon message.

    This should solve your issue.

    What do you mean by “when I try to setup a membership I’m not seeing it as a payment option”.

    Our theme supports Paid Memberships Pro (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/), which allow you to charge users, implement recurring payments and restrict content or areas of your website that will only be displayed to premium members. Plenty of PMPro add-ons are available on the author website to go further if necessary, including for BuddyPress restrictions (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/buddypress-integration/) or WooCommerce (https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/pmpro-woocommerce/).

    Hi @cheo,

    Could be more specific? What do you wish to change exactly?

    In any case, you can edit theme options by going to your Customizer. Just go to your dashboard and navigate to “Appearance > Customize > Appearance”. Then, you will be able to edit style and layout theme options.

    Please note that very few options affect the members swap page as this feature is provided by third party plugin (BP Profile Search).

    We tested this feature with a default WordPress theme and this behavior is still the same.
    The button remains but it’s impossible to send a message to a non-friend.

    Please note that this behaviour is related with the settings of the BP Better Messages plugin, not with the use of your theme. As theme authors, the debugging of third party plugins isn’t part of the support we will provide.

    Thank you for clarifying your request.

    When placing your files them under wp-content/languages/themes and selecting “Español” as website language, everything is working fine for us (see attached screenshot).

    Our current testing files are:
    wp-content/languages/themes/gwangi-es_ES.po
    wp-content/languages/themes/gwangi-es_ES.mo

    We’re sorry to say that we have really no clue of what might cause your issue on your side. Could make sure that you’ve placed every file in the right spot and that you gave it the right name please?

    Hi @chilepower,

    You have to rename your file gwangi-es_CL.po. On the shared screenshot and for the file sent via email, it is still named gwangi-es_ES.po!

    If you have set your language to Spanish from Chile instead of Spanish from Spain, you must have the correct file names. Currently, WP is not be able to load the correct translation files as you have provided the files for Spanish from Spain.

    Please try with the following files:
    https://files.themosaurus.com/languages/gwangi-es_CL.po
    https://files.themosaurus.com/languages/gwangi-es_CL.mo

    This will solve your issue (please review screenshot).
